We offer in-house expertise in architectural design and engineering, materials, estimating, scheduling, and resource and safety management and have over 100 redevelopments to our satisfied property owners and residents.

Training

We invest in experienced team members who are motivated, commited, and driven towards stellar performance and ensure that they receive the best ongoing training in the industry. Each of our Regional and Community Managers are certified ARM® or CPM®.

Vendor Management

We partner with best-in-class vendors in all of our markets, using an extensive vendor credentialing process. We effectively control expenses through the use of a centralized online procurement platform and National Discount Purchasing Power program. We maintain intense oversight on transactions and save money through the use of volume discounts.

Compliance

We employ a rigorous approach to compliance with an in-house compliance department. We have deep experience managing HUD and tax credit properties with careful attention to regulations, operational practices, and documentation that supports successful inspections.
